As part of our continued commitment to customer satisfaction, after you review your order: if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our products, you may return them within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund, less the shipping and handling charge. Purchased items are considered non returnable if they have sustained damage from the customer.
In order for your item to be returned, merchandise must be in the original packaging and a Return Merchandise Authorization number must be requested.
To request an RMA number, email us at sales@thediveflag.com or call 0034686504174. When contacting us, please have available your contact information to include; your name, address, phone number and email address. This information will be used to contact you if necessary regarding the return.
All returns must have an RMA # visible on the package. Returns without RMA numbers may be refused. All returns may not be eligible to receive credit. RMA numbers are only valid for 15 days. Please note: we do not reimburse any additional shipping cost you may incur when returning or exchanging item(s).
